The 15th Graduate Academic Conference Of The School Of Civil Engineering And Mechanics Was Successfully Held

In order to motivate the graduate students to focus on the academic frontier, promote the mutual learning and communication between the graduate students of different disciplines and professional fields, and create a strong cultural atmosphere of academic innovation, the 15th Graduate Academic Annual Conference of the School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics of Lanzhou University opened in the afternoon of December 30 in Tencent conference. Professor Yong first introduced the basic information of the department of Mechanics, including its development history, faculty, research achievements, outstanding alumni, honors, etc., and proposed the basic quality of scientific research from the perspective of discipline development, including the importance of attaching importance to basic concepts and cultivating reverse thinking. He emphasized that if our basic concepts are not right or we don't have a deep grasp of the concepts, it is almost impossible to do anything right, and if a concept is wrong, it is difficult to change back. Ms. Ren Junping told about her experiences in the process of studying and shared her insights. Man GUI 'an shared her experience in scientific research life from multiple perspectives.
